LEWISBURG, W.Va. — Carnegie Hall’s Ivy Terrace Concert Series continues on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. with folk/country duo Hardened and Tempered.

Sponsored by City National Bank, the concerts take place outside on Carnegie Hall’s Ivy Terrace as attendees watch from the lawn in front of New River Community and Technical College.  

Concert-goers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and pack a picnic to enjoy live music. All Ivy Terrace concerts are free and open to the public.

Hardened and Tempered is the Austin, Texas-based duo of Kristin Davidson and Carolyn Phillips. Guitarist Michael O’Connor will join them on stage for the Ivy Terrace concert.

The remaining Ivy Terrace schedule is as follows: 

• July 25: Thomas Taylor (country);

• August 8: Krista Hughes Band (country rock);

 • August 22: B-BAMS (variety);
