    Carnegie Hall presents the West Virginia Music Hall of Fame concert High Flying Birds: A Billy Edd Wheeler Tribute. West Virginia Music Hall of Fame inductee, Wheeler is an extremely successful songwriter who penned “Jackson,” “Coward of the County,” “Coal Tattoo,” “Ain't Going Home Soon” and “They Can't Put It Back.”
